Refund Policy for Clients
We recognize that there may be times when a client seeks a refund for the services rendered. Our aim is to handle such situations with fairness and transparency. This refund policy details the terms and conditions for requesting a refund for services provided. Please review the following information carefully.
Eligibility for Refunds
Clients may be eligible for a full, partial, or no refund based on the conditions outlined below:
Full Refund
A full refund can be requested in the following scenarios:
- The delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon specifications and requirements as initially described.
- The work is not delivered within the agreed-upon deadline.
- The client fails the assignment or task.
Partial Refund
A partial refund can be requested under these conditions:
- If the client cancels the task before the deadline, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged if work has not started. If work has begun, an additional fee will be charged based on the percentage of work completed.
- If the client receives a low score on the assignment, they may be entitled to a partial refund of up to 30%, depending on how much lower the score is from the agreed-upon marks.
No Refund
No refund will be provided in the following situations:
- The refund request is made more than 30 days after task delivery.
- The client has approved and accepted the task.
- The client has used the delivered work or any part of it for its intended purpose.
- If the client identifies plagiarism in the assignment, we will revise the content to eliminate any plagiarized material until the client is satisfied, free of charge. However, no refund will be issued in these cases.
- If the full payment has been made and the client cancels the task, no refund will be given if no expert has been assigned. However, the client can request a different task of the same monetary value at no additional cost.
- A delay caused by last-minute changes requested by the client.
We strive to provide the best solutions for assignments and will continue revising the work until the client is satisfied that it meets the requirements. However, any rework requests made more than 30 days after task delivery will be treated as new tasks, and no refund will be provided for the original task.
Refund Process
To request a refund, the client must provide a valid reason and appropriate proof (e.g., scorecard, feedback email). Refunds will be processed within 15 days.
